I want to rent a speed boat and go tubing with some friends. I live in bay area northern california.?

Any suggestions on what lake is good for that and preferably a cheap place.

1. Try Lake Berryessa. They have changed lately because the government has taken over control, but Perhaps Berryessa Marina, or Steele park can help you out. If not there, then for sure, Shasta Lake you can rent anything you want from houseboats to rubber rafts.
