Comedian and his performance...?

When I was young, my friend and I saw an African American do a comedic performance on HBO, the only thing we remember is he talked about, now im just quoting what i remember "White people they go fishing and they have all this nice equipment and boats. When niggas go fishing, all we gots is a bucket, a stick and some string with worms" thats the jist of it, but pleaseeee help me with who this was. Thanks tons
