Can you live on a performance boat?

I mean using a performance boat as a home (assuming it has a bed, kitchen and of course, a toilet.) Is it really uncomfortable or it's manageable? Other details are appreciated :)

1. If it's got all the stuff you need, then it's up to you. Probably depends on how much you want to make it work...
2. Yes Besides It has to be larger than a sail boat of same size . As long as the seas are comm it quite manageable. I live aboard a 48 Sportfish and find it Quite nice.
