Is it easy to smuggle illegal drugs from cuba to Florida on speed boats or small planes?

1. Well I don't know about easy but it can be done and it is being done. If several hundred people can cross the boarder on a daily basis illegally without being detected then I don't see why a person carrying drugs won't be as well.

3. All planes entering U.S. air space are tracked by radar, as are most boats. Most of the planes cannot be interdicted, and many of them drop their cargo in the Everglades so they can be picked up later. Boats are easier to interdict and the Coast Guard also has speed boats, not to mention planes and helicopters, both of which are faster than any speed boat. Don't try it.
4. That's the old way! Columbians have so much money now, that they use submarines to do it.
