Did NBK japan toy boats make a power boat with a sail and mast with green light at the top of the mast?

The boat is 9 1/2" long x 3 1/4 wide x 1 3/4 deep the mast stands 8 1/4 tall the wires that run up the mast to the light are the same as is all the wires in the boat, it runs on two C cell batterys, the top deck has no nail holes were a windshield would have been atatched, the stitching on the sail is very well done it looks factory made to me the hole where the mast go's thru is perfect and there is a small block of wood on the floor of the boat that the mast fits in and could have only been placed there when the upper deck was removed if any one knows of this i would be very greatful thanks.
